SKI VIEW Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

Publisher: SWLM Holdings Inc, Olympia, Washington, USA

App: SKI VIEW (Android package com.swlm.cutline; also available as a web game)

Summary

SKI VIEW does not collect, transmit, share, or sell any personal information. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and no third-party tracking or crash-reporting tools.

Information we collect

None. The game does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files, and it does not send data to us or to anyone else.

Information stored on your device

The game saves the following only on your device, in the app's local storage:

your settings (sound, vibration, camera, and graphics quality);
your scores and personal bests for the on-device leaderboard, including any skier name you choose to type in;
your skier, lake, and equipment selections.

This information never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage or browser site data, or by uninstalling the app.

Permissions

Vibration: used for haptic feedback during play. You can turn it off in the game's Settings.
Internet: a standard permission of the app's web-view framework. SKI VIEW does not use it to send any data.

Third parties

We share no data with third parties because we collect none. The store you got the game from (for example Google Play, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, or itch.io) handles purchases and downloads under its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

SKI VIEW is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, since the game collects no personal information at all. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this same address and update the effective date above. If a change would affect how data is handled (for example, if a future version collected any data), we will describe it here and in the app's store listing before the change takes effect.
