SWLM Holdings Inc was organized in 2022 as a Washington corporation. We exist to own businesses for a long time — quietly, closely, and in the place we live.
Why we exist
Stewardship over speculation
Most capital is impatient. Ours is not. SWLM is structured as a holding company, not a fund, so we can keep companies through seasons that a five-year clock would force us to sell.
Our principal office is at 8017 Ski View Ln SW in Olympia, Washington, on the Ski View Estates waterfront. From here we oversee the rental homes, the watercraft, the Tesla fleet, the software practice, Ski View Estates — designed and built by Strathmore Inc and the Seeley family — and SV2, that lake planned for Brownsville.
