The development
The same lake, on the Gulf.
Ski View Estates is a single private waterski lake in Olympia: a long course, a turn and a small island at each end, houses and docks along one shore, and open land on the other. It was designed and built by Strathmore Inc and the Seeley family. SV2 is that neighborhood, planned for Brownsville — coastal prairie and palm instead of fir, the same course.
The aerial below is a design study of that plan. It is not a survey, not a plat, and not a photograph of land the firm has closed. There is no street, lot count, or date yet. Those get written here when they are real.
